THE SPACE
Our penthouse with stunning mountain views is newly remodeled and offers all the comfort for your stay so you can relax and enjoy the mountains. It is located on the third and top floor, offers 1434 square feet and can accommodate 9 people. The building does not have an elevator.
The condo is split on 2 levels; the main level comprises a full kitchen (stocked with all cooking supplies and condiments) and an open concept living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and direct access to a front deck offering unobstructed views on the Continental Divide.
The main level also offers the master bedroom with a queen bed, En-Suite full bathroom and exclusive access to the back deck looking out on the forest. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, dedicated work space and access to a second full bathroom with a tub.
Head up to the upper floor offering a twin over double bunk bed, 2 full beds and a third full bath. Upstairs you will also find a washer and dryer. The loft is an ideal retreat and play area for your kids while you get cozy by the gas fire place on the lower level.
A pack and play and a high chair are available for your little one.
The condo further benefits from a covered garage with direct access to the building + two additional parking spots in front. The garage also has a locker to store your ski gear.
You can also enjoy the hot tub right outside the building.
