There were some problems immediately upon checkin. One would not expect to see these problems for the amount of money that is charged. The toilet on the second floor master didn't flush, the shower handle in the third floor master didn't stay on its track, the hot water would only stay on about 3-4 minutes before running out, the lock was broken on the child proof latch on the second floor pool area, the sink faucet on the third floor middle room was very loose, there was no vacuum as promised, the blinds on the door in the 3rd floor master was broken, the king bedrooms had queen sheets and some other minor nuisances that were reported on the second day we stayed. The handyman came out and fixed most of the these items. For 20,000 per week, one would think these problems wouldn't exist. On the plus side, we found two brand new deep dish lasagna dishes, a coffee maker and a blender in the kitchen. That helped tremendously with meal preparation. The views from the 4th floor were magnificent.
