My family and I live in Connecticut, and this is our remarkable 114 acre retreat in beautiful Addison Country, Vermont.

Many years ago, I attended the University of Vermont and during that time I fell in love with Vermont. May the same thing happen to you.

Why they chose this property

The house is located between East Creek and Lake Champlain, which are themselves between the Adirondack Mountains and the Green Mountains. Walk to the end of the driveway, and you’ll see all this laid out before you. It is a remarkable place with farms in the foreground and mountains in the distance.
