Great location. Easy to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Park. One morning while sitting on the deck a mother bear and her 2 cubs sauntered by. So fun. While we were eating breakfast, another bear wandered by! Lovely and quiet location.

Thank you for bringing these details to our attention. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and apologize that the property didn't meet your expectations during your stay. We'll prioritize looking into power washing the exterior and addressing the cobwebs inside immediately. Regarding the road noise from the bypass—we're sorry this affected your experience. This home is the perfect location for visiting The Smoky Mountains, Dollywood/Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with many things you’ll need. There was a maintenance issue and the property management responded immediately. Not minutes or hours, but immediately. There is a casual deck to the back that offers relaxing views of the woods and a quick view of a bear that passed by the fire pit. He/she was part of our bear count, which is part of any visit to the area. We enjoyed the pool table and rocking chairs on the back deck. Overall this area and this home are where you want to be.
