Clean, quiet, welcoming home

This is a great place! The beds are comfortable, all the linens were clean, the rooms were set up well and the whole house was stocked to meet any needs we may have had. The privately fenced backyard was inviting and peaceful. Plenty of parking allowed for five vehicles in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the entrance to the property. Highly recommend! We look forward to staying here again.

She canceled our stay the night before the trip

At 8:30pm, she canceled our stay. We were literally screwed as it was Boise graduation weekend and we had purposely planned this months in advance to avoid this very thing. She probably realized it was graduation weekend and thought she could get more $$$. She originally said it was one toilet that was broken, so I replied saying we can get by with one toilet, not two. She then came back and said it's the dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We had to spend an additional $800 that weekend finding new accomodations.
