These attacks are complete lies! There is a disclaimer in the welcome guide that there is a Minut device inside the property for security. It only measure sound level (decibals) and motion to monitor parties etc for security purposes. This device is completely allowed by short term rental companies. There are security cameras outside the property that are for security of the property. They do not record anything inside that property. They face only the yard toward the street. This was all explained to her. . The house is getting some work done on the outside (replace wood trim and painting) by a contractor (husband and wife team). They showed up one morning to do work. I apologized it was unannounced. She calls this a peeping tom? I explained I'll make sure they let me know when they plan to arrive and she was OK with that, until they came again--this time with notice. They actually told her the day before they were planning to come the rest of the week and she seemed fine with that..until they did. Urine? This is absolutely false and news to me. She never brought up any smells as an issue. It doesn't smell and you can look at every other review (where I have a 4.8 rating, by the way) and see this has never been an issue. Another lie--I did give a refund for the final week of the 10 day rental after they left, after staying for first 3 days. So I'm not sure why she is outright lying again! I can provide proof!
