Memorial Weekend 2022

The condo was clean and as advertised. It had a nice view of the ocean. The Pools and Jacuzzi were fun. The beach access is easy and private so there was plenty of space to set up an umbrella and chairs. The location is convenient to restaurants and putt putt. The kitchen was well stocked too.

Beach stay

This is a small unit, it was accurately described. Close to the beach and everything else. They came a sprayed pest control the 1st morning we were there at 930 and we had no warning of that, and we saw a total of 3 roaches in our room during our 5 day stay. Not sure if that affected it but i felt it should be mentioned. Management was great, came oit to fix the lights that went out. Kitchen is well stocked as well as beach stuff.

No es lo esperaba

El área donde se encuentra esta propiedad está muy bien. Lo malo es que este apartamento necesita una remodelación completa. Todo luce muy viejo, los gabinetes de la cocina, el piso se ve sucio y viejo, la alfombra necesita estirarla y además había cucarachas, necesita una limpieza profunda. También necesitan reemplazar los colchones de las camas, son viejos y se sienten los resortes. Creo que renovar el apartamento sería excelente ya que se encuentra en un buen lugar.

Not what I expected...

Did not care for the fact the property was in an apartment complex where the front door faces an internal hallway. No guest supplies whatsoever. Not even for basic cooking support, you get pans, but nothing else. Also no type of refresh maid services for guests. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Great Deal! Lovely setting!

Ocean Forest #204E is a fully equipped 2 BR/2BA unit in a quaint family oriented property. Building E is away from the pool which makes it quieter but across Ocean Blvd from the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. The unobstructed angled view from the balcony offers wonderful sunsets and sunrises over the ocean. There's a great sidewalk along the blvd for walking as well. Master bath is small with shower only but second bath has tub. The unit was very clean. Good wifi connection. Definitely a relaxing place to vacation!
