'The Pointe' on 30A, Unit 122 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condo in a stunning resort condo community in Rosemary Beach. This 2nd floor condo is spacious and inviting with its open concept kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with three bar seats. The dining table can accommodate six guests and is open to the living space which is complete with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Stacked washer and dryer are in unit as well.

The master suite has a king size bed and private en suite which includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite with a walk in shower and two sinks.
