Located in an amazing neighborhood that will feature a swimming pool & hot tub this summer! You can enjoy the lake life as well as the pool. We provide 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. This gem of a Lakehouse sits on a flat lot that is just steps to the water and private dock. It is in a private cove that is safe to kayak, swim or float. There are kayaks and a SUP board for your enjoyment. We offer boat rentals, fishing charters and even boat tours to all our guests. Ask us for details! The space:
Steel Magnolia has 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 King primary suites on the main level, both with full bathrooms. The family room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other with a gorgeous view of the lake. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds. There is a full bathroom that both bedrooms will share. The loft upstairs has a big tv & sound bar and is a great place to watch a movie or play a game.
We have gone above and beyond providing our guests with incredible amenities throughout the house. Each bedroom has a tv, sound bar, fan, sound machine, privacy shades and luxury mattresses and linens. Each bathroom has luxurious towels, makeup towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap. We also provide you with a great selection of coffees, teas, sweeteners and creamers. We have gone above and beyond to make sure nothing is missing for you.

We take pride in our attention to detail and incredible customer service. We have a concierge service that can help set you up with boat rentals delivered to your dock, fishing guides, grocery shopping and even boat rides to tour Lake Martin.
