Loved my stay! Quiet neighborhood towards the end of a no outlet street so noise and traffic are minimal. Walk out basement with private entrance and parking. Location is within short driving distance of everywhere you’d want to go. Being that you are in Nashville there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a couple of miles. I was traveling with a dog, and found this location is less than two miles from Ellington Agricultural Center where there is plenty of free parking and several safe and maintained pet friendly walking trails (paved, gravel, and grass options). If you want to walk without getting into your car there is a sidewalk one block from the house and you can go in several directions. There is a school right around the corner with lots of green space, but once I found Ellington we went several times a day. I worked remotely and had no issues with internet connections or speed to stay on VPN and there are plenty of outlets around the space. My only issue in regards to working at the dining room table was that the bar stools are very uncomfortable for long periods of time so may want to take that into consideration if you need to work during your visit. Host was responsive and timely to messages in the ap. Five star :)

Let us check in early to make it to a hockey game before our concert. Ubers found it easily. Around lots of good places. Clean and communicated well with us.

Pleasant Experience

It was easy to find, clean, and just as the listing described. Instacart was also a very convenient (and quick!) option to get food in when we didn't feel like going out. The only thing I didn't love was the time it took for the property owner to respond for messages.

Cozy stay

Location was quiet and peacful. Not sure the listing specified that it was a basement apartment, but overall was very cozy and felt safe. Private entry, off street parking. Enough towels provided, but would've appreciated more washcloths since we had a group of 4. Kitchen was stocked with basic untesils (French press mentioned in listing was not there), had coffee pot, kettle, dishes etc. The host was kind enough to leave us water, snacks, and travel sized shampoo/conditioner. A great place to stay for a fun weekend in Nashville!
