Mr Orlando was prompt and professional. Even had guacamole chips and salsa margaritas and non alcoholic lemonade.

We’re so glad everything came together nicely during your experience. Orlando takes great pride in what he does, and it’s wonderful to hear that his attention and care stood out. We’re also happy you enjoyed the food and drinks — those little touches are meant to make the moment special. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’d love to host you again in the future. The cleanliness of this condo property is outstanding!Staff is friendly and helpful. Security is exceptional. The kingsize master bed was comfy and linens were high quality. I needed to speak with the management company to resolve a few small issues and they responded promptly. Communication was good. Recommend this unit highly.

The apartment at SoHo PV was clean, spacious and nicely equipped. The balcony overlooked the busy main road/highway, so traffic noise was prevalent. The rooftop infinity pool was huge with spectacular ocean views. Our major point of consternation was the property mgmt would not provide a second badge to operate the elevator, so we were unable to leave the property individually with different groups of friends. (Elevator badges are required to access our floor from the lobby) A major inconvenience. If this were resolved for future visits we would consider staying again.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the apartment’s space, cleanliness, and amenities, as well as the rooftop infinity pool and ocean views. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator access policy. While building security regulations limit badge distribution, we understand the frustration and will discuss possible solutions with management. We appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back in the future. Please feel free to reach out if we can assist in any way. From all the team at Vallarta Rentals
