About this property

Located on the lower hillside in a quiet neighborhood and yet only 15 minutes from everything Anchorage has to offer! Home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the third with bunk beds. Living room and kitchen are "open" concept with plenty of bar and table space to open your laptop. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. The main bath, laundry room, kitchen and living room are all on the same level. 5 to 6 steps down to the front door, and 4 or 5 more down to the other 2 bedrooms. Sliding glass door in bedroom 3 opens to a fenced in yard. Mountain views are visible from both the north and south facing windows and decks.
