Never Again
Good day! I want to first start off by saying thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. However, I do have so things I want to bring to you attention before I leave a review. 1) There is only one Tv in thee entire place when there are two rooms. 2) The Tv that is there doesn’t even work. 3) The sink doesn’t drain and had old water sitting in it. So, we had to brush our teeth in the shower. 4) Very noisy area. Cars come by all day and night. The neighbors above are very loud not to mention they called the cops on each other. The cops banged on this door looking for apt 402. 5) I drove around five times trying to locate the place. 6)The directions were not clear to how to get into the property. I tried getting into the door with the key lock on the door. I felt like it was in a mystery room. Took about 20 minutes of trying to figure how to get in. 7) I think for as much money that you are making you could replace the bedding more often. The covers and sheets have lint balls on which means they have been washed several times and need to go in the trash. Luckily, I bought my own wash clothes and towels bc they need to be trashed as well. 8) It would be nice to have a more common area to lounge. 9) We could check in at 3 well at 410 two ladies were walking out of here. We saw them as we were trying to locate the place. 10) For what it is it was clean and a cute little place, but I wouldn’t stay again 11) Poor Communication

Rats and Roaches
We arrived to this property late in the evening. The Key was not where the property manager told us it would be. The neighborhood is very loud with sirens at all hours of the night so if you need quiet this is not the best location for any peacefulness. The beds and bedding were stained and smelled of smoke. There were cockroaches in every room. The mice ate through all of our food, and one carryon bag. One of the beds was held up by pieces of wood. The sink didn't work and the owner had me do the maintenance paperwork, and wanted to charge me $75. I declined to fill out the forms so the owner did it and had them sent to me. There was an assigned parking spot, once I arrived I was notified that they has rented out the parking spot. I had to park blocks away the first night. There was supposed to be TV and internet. there wasn't any TV, and the internet didn't get set up until the second day. As you can guess we didn't stay in this home after the discovery of mice poop in three of the four spaces. There were roach traps in the drawers in the rooms (we discovered this accidentally as we didn't use the drawers). There were only two forks, no pans, nice pots and knives. The walls were pretty dirty, the stove and microwave were clean. The owners stopped all communication with us. I requested a refund due to these conditions and needing a safe/healthy place. They have yet to respond or make any attempts to correct the problems. I would not recommend this place.
