The Fall River Homestead is a duplex with space for up to 14 guests, you can rent Unit A (8 guests) upper level along with Fall River Unit B (6 guests) garden level. Welcome to your mountain sanctuary! Nestled on a private, heavily forested acre at the base of Old Man Mountain, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. We are located directly on the walking/bike path—just a 0.5-mile walk to downtown and a 3-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Outdoor Living: Take in incredible views from the large front deck or relax by the cozy fire pit on the backyard stone patio.
Open Concept: Enjoy a spacious eat-in kitchen, a dining area with a live-edge table, and a large living room featuring a cozy gas stove and leather sofa with queen sleeper.
Family Fun Zone: The converted garage is a hit for all ages! Challenge your group to Ping Pong, foosball, or corn hole, or lounge on the couch with a movie and board games.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master King Suite: A true retreat with a TV, desk, sitting area, private deck access, and an attached master bath.
Queen Bedroom: Features its own deck access (connected to the kitchen deck) and a private door to the shared bathroom for a "junior suite" feel.
Bunk Room: Perfect for families, featuring a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds, located just steps away from the shared bathroom.
Convenience & Logistics:
Parking & Entry: Parking for 3 cars with two entries (upper level and lower level near the garage).
Laundry: Full laundry room with washer, dryer, soap, and iron.
Cooling: While we enjoy cool mountain breezes, we provide a portable AC unit in the living room and fans in every bedroom.
Safety: Security cameras are located in the driveway area only for your peace of mind.
