You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Decorated with a nautical theme, the full kitchen is stocked with utilities including coffee maker, Keurig, and microwave and opens up into the dining and living area. Here you will find a flat screened TV, comfortable rattan furniture and access to the outdoor balcony, with views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom and second guestroom are both spacious with two queen sized beds in each, television and plenty of closet dresser drawer space. Both provide comfort and appealing decor with linens, extra towels and pillows stocked for your visit.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home. Laundry is located nearby. Free WIFI, and one parking spot is included.

Of course, staying at Beach Place means you are near everything! It's only a short walk to the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. With such a great location, you won't need to worry about anything!

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Condo looked as pictured/advertised. The only negative is that the units do not have laundry in them, makes for a bit of inconvenience, otherwise a great stay.

PERFECT location

PERFECT location for this spacious condo. Our view overlooking the sea, drawbridge, and John's Pass could not be beat and we enjoyed the balcony so much. This condo is a 4th floor corner unit at the end of the hall and we didn't hear any noise from neighbors. The elevator is a bit slow and make sure you are putting in the code right. Otherwise it's a long haul up those stairs. When we arrived the floor did not seem very clean and there was peanut butter on the edge of the table from the last guest but otherwise, things seemed pretty clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay here immensely and would return in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately the room was filthy . I highly doubt it was truly cleaned prior. Master bedroom had bugs on the window and all on the floor. It was disgusting. The elevator was also broken 3 separate times. Property needs lots of work and updates especially for the price .

Very spacious, kitchen was well stocked and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient. Easy to get to the beach and the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass. My one complaint would have been the cleanliness of the floors. It was all LVT and my one year olds feet were black within about 20 minutes from crawling on the floor. We mopped the floors twice while we were there and it helped a little, but the cleaning group should be doing this on a regular basis. Other than that. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend overall.

The balcony looks directly at the draw bridge and that’s pretty neat to watch. It’s a very short walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants. The floors were a little dirty, turning our feet and socks black after walking on them, but not a huge deal. It’s pretty easy to track in sand from the beach. My biggest complaint (which is out of the condo’s control) is the outside noise. Being close to the road and next to a public parking lot, we were woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times by people hot rodding over the bridge and some shouting from the parking lot. Not a big deal and it’s out of their control, but it is a downside to this otherwise wonderful unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Appreciated the closeness to stores and restaurants. Rental staff seemed to have negative attitudes and were not welcoming.

The view of the draw bridge and some water was pleasant as well. Besides the check in process it was fantastic! I called three separate times to let them know we were flying in early. I totally understand that check in was at 4pm. But we weren’t able to check in until 4:15. I don’t think anyone even tried to get us in early. That was disappointing.

Staff is wonderful and location is great! Unit 401 is nice, beds in 2nd bedroom aren’t the most comfortable but tolerable. View is great! You must be able to tune out noice from bridge traffic and parking lot. Floors are impossible to get clean. But remember you are at the beach! I recommend this location for a great family vacation! We had a great stay in unit 401 but the room we stayed in was very dirty. Our white socks turned completely black walking on the floor, we had to mop the floors ourselves the first day we arrived. It was a bit concerning considering COVID numbers were rising and older family was staying with me.

We stayed in Unit 401 at Beach Place. I do not recommend this unit. the beds are like cots. they were very uncomfortable, and we had to sleep on the floor, as if you have a bad back this is not the unit for you. Also the pillows were very cheap. Had we known this ahead of time, we would not have rented. You can sure tell this is a rental unit. Also we were there for 2 full weeks and gate to beach was not working and public were helping themselves to the using it along with the showers.

We enjoyed staying at Beach Place, right across the street from John's Pass and overlooking the bridge ! The beds are a little hard and uncomfortable, but the decor of the condo is very "beachy" ! The pool is amazing and warm ..... the beach is awesome !! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.......We will definitely return !
