Experience the beauty of Little Sebago Lake at this charming and spacious home that welcomes your furry friend! This property boasts a large and inviting sandy beach, located in the desirable middle section of the lake and conveniently next door to the public boat launch. The home features indoor and outdoor fireplaces where you can relax while enjoying the stunning lake views. The lot is mostly level, slightly sloping towards the waterfront with 21 stairs leading to the beautiful sandy beach. Take advantage of the 3 kayaks and 1 canoe provided to explore the numerous coves and islands on Little Sebago Lake. The dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet, allowing you to explore even more of the nearly 1900 acres of boatable waterway. There are many recreational activities nearby, including shopping and movies. For even more fun, take a short drive to Portland and Freeport. Come spend a week in this prime location and experience everything the area has to offer!
2026 Rates: Peak: $550/night Low: $450/night Off: $310/night
- 2 dogs max with $100 pet fee per pet.
