Great location

This property is in a great location on a busy corner. Communication with the property management group is horrible. We needed a place to stay last minute and they didn't respond to any of my questions until we booked the place and had been in it for a night. Half the questions were answered twice by different agents with different answers. Bathrooms upstairs have severe water damager around the shower and sink so its a matter of time before it has substantial mold in those areas.

We thought it would be fun to be away from home for awhile and be close to downtown Boise. This house was perfect for that experience. Great hosts!

Family Wedding Party

There were a few hickups... But nothing major, if you are a home owner, they are things that just happen. Regardless, the made everything right and more.... That is the important part. The house was very nice, fit out group nicely, great central location for an active visit venturing out in Boise. The property manager is amazing and the repair staff were on it. Beautiful house, great unique layout, and lots of space.
