You'll be conveniently close to several state parks along with a number of other local attractions including the St. George Children's Museum, the Sunbrook Golf Club, and the Tuacahn Center for the Arts for spectacular live entertainment. Nearby Quail Creek Reservoir offers boating, swimming, fishing, and paddling, while driving ATVs on the dunes is possible at Sand Hollow State Park.

Back home, spread out and relax within this very inviting vacation rental that includes a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating to help you whip up quick snacks or delicious, full-course meals. Dine together at the nearby table or bust out the board games for exciting evenings in. The main living area offers plenty of comfortable furnishings and a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels. An additional living area can be found upstairs with a large sectional and a second TV perfect for younger guests who want their own space.

Outside, the private, enclosed patio features a gas grill and a picnic table for family cookouts, a firepit for nighttime gatherings, and a soothing hot tub. You and your guests will also have access to a sparkling, shared pool located on-site. You'll also find bikes for adults and children when you want to get out and explore the neighborhood at your own pace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
