The Ladera Development is new and continues to add homes to their neighborhood. There are a few stalls specifically for trailer/boat parking around the corner and on the street behind the home. They are available 1st come, 1st serve. Enjoy the wide expanse of the Southern Utah Skies at this location, which is why we call it "Sienna Sunsets" - the backyard is on the Southeast side of the home so evenings are nice and shady!

Great getaway!

The rental was perfect for our short stay. There is plenty of space for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, a full garage, and close to the swimming pool. The listing says free state park pass, which we could not find, so we purchased our own when we went to Zions. Easy access to the freeway and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return in the future!
