Really nice stay clean and comfortable house. Shops are very close by. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy.

Lots of room in this home and it is the perfect location to walk to Main Street! The neighborhood is so quiet so we all got great rest in the quiet bedrooms.

We had a great overall stay and the location was definitely one of its biggest highlights—close to everything we needed and very convenient for getting around. Definitely walkable but no sidewalks in the neighborhood.

The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. The beds are very comfortable and neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The host was very responsive and responded to my questions within a few minutes throughout our stay.

Great home for large group

Had a great weekend with friends in Fredericksburg. We had a large party of 10 and had plenty of room for 5 couples. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Great patio for gathering and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Will definitley stay here again when we return.

Lovely old home with lots of room. Communication with Meghan was great. She answered all my questions right away. The weather was cool and rainy so we did not go out back to try the hot tub.

The home is very quaint. It is much larger than the photo depicts. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen is adequate, living area can accommodate everyone. The hot tub was a big hit. The host answered all questions promptly. Highly recommend property.
