Great weekend at this lake house! Kids loved the bunk room, pool table and hot tub. Parents loved the space, lake views, and cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again!
Great lake house that checks all of the boxes. Great location on the water and near the race track. Very well equipped and the separate living rooms work great for the kids. The owner is very responsive and eager to help. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time and the home was great - it was very clean had everything we needed. The hosts are very responsive and made sure check in and out went smoothly.
This property was clean, updated, and wonderfully decorated. We especially enjoyed the beautiful bathrooms, the game room, and the hot tub. Also, the bunk bed room was a big hit for our kids.
We had the best time with our kids for 6 nights! It is a great house in a perfect location, and Ethan was a great host and very helpful! We will definitely be back!!
Our family loved the location of this lakefront property! Very scenic and peaceful stay! The kids enjoyed their privacy with having the bunk bed room and game room downstairs. The girls loved relaxing in the hot tub with lake views! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome home. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Nice to sit in hot tub relax and look at the lake. Excellent location. Will definitely be back to this house and definitely recommend
The property met all our expectations. Lots of room, great game room/family room to all hang out. We rented a boat and there was a great dock to park and fish. Also, a great swimming area off the dock. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of seating to eat . Location was amazing.
We all had an amazing time! The view is incredible! Love the location! Easy access to downtown, and the races. Part of my Family has allergies and are gluten free. Cooking here was very easy. We would stay here again!

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children (7-11) loved our stay in Ethen's pretty home! The layout is great for this number of people. The lower den w/ pool table was such a hit, and access to the nice dock was awesome. Getting to anywhere in HSprings was also a plus. Easy! We had a wonderful multi-generational, family time together.
My cousins and I booked this lake house last year and knew we wanted to book again for the years to come. Ethen made the whole booking process super simple and made sure we had what we needed for our stay. The home had the perfect amount of room accommodations for us to enjoy our privacy but also enjoy one another! The downstairs is THE BEST spot for game nights! Let’s not forget the hot tub— it was already hot and toasty for us to enjoy once we got checked in. I could go on.. we truly enjoyed our stay and we’ll be booking again next year!5 STARS from me!
Check in process very easy ,Clean home, we did need to notify the property manager trash from the previous client was left in the garage. We had an issue with the washer leaking , property manager did respond with satisfaction. Air condition did work well in master and downstairs, however other bed rooms , den, kitchen, and dinning area warm. We had to use a portable fan. Downstairs under porch where hot tub was needed attention, cob webs, deflated blow up rafts just left. Messy. Boat house nice again needs attention with webs, and general appearance .
Location is hard to beat however home is in need of some major improvements for marketing crowd being targeted.Check in was essentially non-existent resulting multiple phones made same day to confirm.Upon arrival it was noticed broken ceiling fans, faulty kitchen faucet, insect infestation on lower level, broken/missing outdoor furniture, broken stove that cannot be used if recipe calls for anything outside of 350, and overall lack of cleanliness. If you book, be prepared to provide your own toilet paper, bug spray, wine glasses if that’s your thing, and mop.Had high expectations and attempted to work with host to rectify situation, however efforts have failed.Again, location is phenomenal, but be prepared.
This was our 3rd house we reserved to rent on lake Hamilton: 1 sold and 1 overbooked. It worked for the best. Home is updated with latest decor BUT even better, it’s equipped with everything you need. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked, 2 fridges (1 in garage) and had new appliances. Comfortable furniture so we could hang out together. Bathrooms were also updated and fully stocked. Best water pressure and shower heads. Good lighting in every room, comfortable beds, beautiful views of the lake. Indoor and outdoor dining. Our kids and grandkids loved the downstairs living room with pool table. Hours of entertainment. Dock was perfect for parking 2 boats, swimming, fishing, and feeding the geese. They had something for everyone. Location was close to marinas to get gas in the boat and restaurants etc.
Only drawbacks were not due to owner. Lakes always have bugs/mosquitos and the steep driveway and walk down to dock
As far as the owner, we had 2 issues he resolved quickly. One was parking boat trailers and other was barking dog at 6:30am next door which he took care of. I highly recommend the house and owner.
We absolutely loved our stay.
1. The accommodations were perfect for our group, including young toddlers, teenagers, parent's / grandparents.
2. We used the upstairs living room for the young kids.
3. The lower level was for the teenagers. Perfect set up.
4. The deck and patio were nicely shaded from the trees.
5. The dock was perfect, we caught a ton of fish, including one 10 pound cat fish.
6. We also loved the dock because we rented a pontoon, very east to access the house.
7. The master bedroom was great - my in laws had that room and they really enjoyed it.
8. The bathrooms are really nice.
9. Perfectly appointed kitchen.
10. The whole house is decorated very nicely.
11. We enjoyed being so centrally located to everything.
12. The lake was perfect easily to access off the dock to swim in.
13. We did not use the hot tub, it was 95+ the week we were there, but it looked very nice.
14. The manager was very easy to work with.
15. Great views from the the living room, decks and master bedroom.
This renovated MCM lakefront home was our home away from home for almost a week and it was amazing! Even with temps over 100, we were able to enjoy ourselves with the many amenities the home offers. Playing pool in the cool basement with beautiful lake views was a favorite. We really appreciated the abundance of towels as well as the paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen spices and a coffee bar. Beautiful!
