Family vacation

Beautiful well-stocked perfect location!

My family and I cannot say enough about this amazing home! It was both clean and well stocked ! The beach area and kayaks were the icing on the cake. More than well stocked with towels , life jackets , and kitchen equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return before summers end.

Exceptional

This property did not disappoint!! The location and amenities were everything my family was looking for. Frank was a very attentive and responsive host. We are already planning our return stay.

We loved it and would have given 5 stars but we had a safety issue with the steps going down from the deck. They were finished nicely but blended and you could not see the step down.

Great for large group

My family, which included seven adults and one 3-year-old, enjoyed our long weekend at this property. We brought a canopy and put over sand area so that we could enjoy it more in the shade. Family had a great time on paddle boards and kayaks, and we even caught small fish from the deck with the poles we brought. There is plenty of room inside the house on top floor, and the large TV can be seen from across the room. Beds were comfortable in each room. Overall, our large group was satisfied with our stay, and communication with host was quick and helpful.

Summer 2024

We had a really good time getting together with our children and grandchild. House was nice but had a musky smell in bedrooms & lacked kitchen essentials. We went and bought skillets and spatulas and left for the next vacationers. Outdoor area was nice and we loved hanging outside. It would have been nice to have an outdoor shower or area to rinse off after being un the lake or playing on the sand beach.

We endeavor to stock the kitchen fairly well - including spatulas & skillets, so I was so surprised to read about them. I immediately went over to check out the kitchen & found two spatulas in the counter utensil holder as well as seven others of various sizes in the utensil drawer next to the stove - all of which we provided. I also found the set of three skillets I purchased for the home at the beginning of this season in the lower cabinets next to the oven. I can only imagine you just must have missed these items - it happens with an unfamiliar kitchen. This is why we always encourage our guests to immediately let us know of any issues that may arise during their visit so we can help fix them as quickly as possible. If I had known, I would have been delighted to help you find them. If future guests have any questions on amenities we provide, we’re always happy to provide details, simply click on the Contact Host link & we’ll be delighted to help. I also checked out the bedrooms (and the entire home) & noticed no musky smells, our cleaning crew does an excellent, top-notch job. We endeavor to provide a wonderful, fun-filled and memorable vacation experience, and we are thrilled that we were able accommodate you and your family.
