This place was perfect for our family vacation. The beds were comfortable, so much living space inside and out and the kids loved being able to play in the water. We all agreed it was a must return.

Plenty of room for all. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful views. Great location. Lighting was very dim at door. For going and coming in the evening, be careful or use light on your phone to watch your step.

Great property. Had some A/C issues that were resolved quickly. Beautiful spot on Lake Hamilton. We rented a boat and had the lake to ourselves (September). Very quiet location, house is off the street a good bit so we never heard any traffic.

The house is a great place to stay if you have a large group. We had 8 people and it accommodated us very well. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful spot on Lake Hamilton that was close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. Highly recommend this house.

Fantastic communication from the host. They responded quickly and were super helpful even though it was Christmas Eve. The property was perfect, the grounds were well-maintained and the views were fantastic. The house was all we hoped for. We would stay again.

We loved our stay. The house was clean and extraordinary. The view of the lake from the sunroom was tranquil. The only suggestion would be put a railing on the stairs to the fire pit and make a safe easy pathway to get off and on the sitting area by the lake. Walking around the tall pedestals with a one foot space between the pedestals and the edge drop off can be treacherous and one of our ladies slipped and ended up in the lake with a concussion. Her head hit the rock ledge. But she will be fine. It was so close to all things to do in Hot Springs. The pictures on this house does not show the scope of this gorgeous home and it’s massive yard.

Lake Hamilton Great Location

This is a great property with beautiful waterfront location. Sheila was a great host and responsive to everything we needed. House was very clean and accommodating. The house is below street level on a narrow circular drive through entrance gates. If you are bringing a boat it might not fit in entrance. We have a 21 ft wake boat and it was too wide for entrance and would not have made the 90 degree turns of the drive. Hot Springs Marina down the road will store your trailer and you can launch there. Boat dock at the house can accommodate any boat. The only downside of the house is the interior lighting is not very abundant. Hard to play games at night and little lighting next to beds. Internet primarily works in main room and not master bedroom or downstairs. Overall, this a great property with space for everyone with an unbeatable location.

Felt like home

We stayed at this VRBO for an extended stay of 6 weeks while our home was being built. Sheila our contact was very attentive for anything we needed. The location is a hidden gem. Super private, lots of parking spaces, incredible water pressure, and the master bedroom bed was impressively comfortable. The master shower offered a private spa like feel. The kitchen was stocked for real cooking and everything we needed was there. This unique home offers space for everyone and includes 2 washers and dryers; one set on each floor. Once you open the front door the spectacular view can be seen. This lake view home is house with the best view indeed and so much outdoor space to enjoy complete with a front yard swing and several private patios. Everything about this home felt cozy to me and I hope others get the chance to enjoy this piece of paradise that simply feels like home!

Great stay!

Took our daughter on her senior trip but she decided she wanted a full family vacation. So we had our kids, boyfriends, grand babies, as well as her and a friend she invited. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a little dark in the living room but used the space to relax at night and watch tv so it was fine. The pictures don’t show very well but the master is the only bedroom upstairs. The layout was a little different. The only disappointment I had was not with the location or home but the search. I wanted dog friendly and for some reason this home was included into the search. Booked it without question and sure enough it was not dog friendly. We didn’t cancel because the house was large enough for our family. Overall, the communication was great! Our stay was great! And the view was amazing!
