Welcome to your peaceful oasis in the desert! Nestled in the pristine Desert Falls Country Club, you will enjoy an unobstructed west-facing view overlooking the golf course and surrounding mountains. The property is centrally located in Palm Desert, offering easy access to shopping and local amenities. Additionally, with it's close proximity to the I-10 expressway or the CA-111 highway, exploring the Coachella Valley and Southern California has never been easier!
This is an upstairs condo located in the security enforced and gated, Desert Falls Country Club community. The property features 2 large bedrooms,2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and in-unit laundry. This is a quiet community and the property is located on a small cul-de-sac with a small number of additional condos. It is directly adjacent to the nearest pool and hot tub in the community. There are many upgrades to the unit including smart TV's in each bedroom and living room, high speed internet, gas fireplace, and full service kitchen and bar areas. Your stay also allows you access to your state of the art fitness center, pickle ball courts, and tennis courts.

Great place & great host!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spacious home—every detail was thoughtfully curated and the amenities were perfect. It’s clear a lot of care and intention went into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Charlie was an exceptional host: responsive, kind, and incredibly supportive during a tricky moment in my trip, which made me feel truly safe and cared for while traveling. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely love to book again!

Host was communicative and hospitable. Arrived with fresh flowers on the table and other host gifts. Place was clean. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the booking but the host offered a % refund and apologized profusely. When called for clarification of other amenities after arrival host was helpful and within reach right away. Place was a delight!

Outstanding condo in Desert Falls

We had such a great stay at Charlie and Allison's property in Desert Falls. The unit is very bright, clean and has gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa's and Mt San Jacinto from the second floor balcony. We spent a bunch of time out on the balcony enjoying the sun and warmth. Charlie was great with communication and they even put together a full professional-looking book of information for renters, it was really helpful and one I've not seen with other VRBO rentals.The condo is well stocked and has been updated in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is in the north part of Desert Falls and is on a quiet cul-de-sac with quick access to the north entrance on Frank Sinatra. There were lots of little touches we appreciated, such as the snacks and water left out for guests or the fact that the BBQ is hooked up to natural gas so there are no propane tanks to go empty and replace. Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this condo for couples or small families.
