The house is big and well-suited for a crowd. We had 30 people ages 8 to 80 and it never felt crowded. The kitchen is well-stocked for meal prep, and there are games and activities for everyone. It was the perfect location for a family reunion.

Our stay was awesome! The place was clean, easy to check in, the host was responsive to issues (there wasn’t really anything super crucial). They had stuff to go to the beach and have fun for everyone. Highly recommend booking a stay!

Beautiful home. Beautiful property. Check-In/Check-out was easy. Access to Ideal Beach was so convenient. Owners were responsive, but everything was so well stocked and organized, we didn’t have any questions once we arrived. The littles enjoyed the arcade games, and the teens and adults had lots of pool table and ping pong tournaments. Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories for our family

Great place for a family gathering

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided with lots of extras. There was plenty of areas to gather and different things to entertain the kids. It’s a well kept home. The parking is a little tricky if you have multiple people wanting to go in and out a lot. I had some trouble with communication with the host initially leading to some frustration but I found out she is very responsive via text.

Kate was wonderful to let us know that the cleaners were done on the first day and my husband and I were able to get in almost an hour early which helped tremendously with the setup. When we booked in 2025, one of the biggest draws was "full access to Ideal Beach". We have 30 people with all the gear that comes with going to the beach. We arrive only to find that the fees have not yet been paid for 2026. We contacted our host, who was very gracious but it took until the following day at 5:30 to learn that we wouldn't be able to use Ideal Beach 'at all!' I just checked and the amenities no longer list 'Ideal Beach' as one of the features. I checked while we were in the parking lot at Ideal Beach and it was still listed. I'm glad to see that that feature has been adjusted, otherwise I feel like it was a major 'bait-n-switch'. However, by the end of July, you would think that this would already have been realized.The property was clean, but basic maintenance is subpar. The air conditioning filters needed replacing which meant that we didn't have air conditioning until the end of Friday. 87 degrees in a house that cost over 2,000 a day didn't seem fair. The outside cushions are extremely worn, there is a complete hole in the window of the the great room (looks like a bullet shot), the blender is broken, and noone dared used the ice maker because it was very dirty. The house sleeps 40, we had 33 people but there is only enough flatware for 28 people.

Great location, nice place, perfect for a family reunion. The cleaners never finished cleaning before we arrived, so there were a few things that were not completed. Under the beds were a lot of dust and crumbs. The cleaners showed up on the second day, not realizing we had checked in earlier. Must have been a miscommunication to them.
