Outdoor screened in room with chairs, end tables, picnic table, electrical service and refrigerator for the 3 seasons that it's warm enough to enjoy the outdoors.
Concrete slab between the house and screened in room is perfect for outside dining (includes outside table with umbrella and chairs).
Kid friendly grass yard for play time that can be easily monitored from the screened in room or concrete relaxation area.
All kitchen & bath base cabinets and living room entertainment cabinet now have child security latches! Now kid Friendly!
Although we are pet friendly, please indicate that you'll be bringing your pet when booking as there is a small additional cleaning fee. We strive to provide you and subsequent guests with a clean, comfortable environment.

Living room includes cafe style dinette with extra blanket storage in seats, comfortable couch, DirecTV, reclining swivel/rocker, coat rack/umbrella stand and tray tables.
Bedroom 1 includes small closet and TV, and both bedrooms include dressers, doors for privacy, alarm clocks and privacy/light blocking shades.
3 additional cots (one with mattress is more like a small folding bed) available if extra sleeping space is needed for children or young adults.
