Come relax and unwind at this studio located on Collins Avenue just 100 yards from the sand in beautiful Miami Beach Florida! The studio was completely remodeled in June 2017 and features all brand new furniture, appliances and Italian marble shower floors. Just 7 blocks away from the famous Fontainebleau Hotel you will be minutes away from the South Beach actions yet positioned on Mid Beach which will also welcome quiet relaxing family vacation time.
This Miami Beach Studio is located on Collins Avenue in an Art Deco building. The Studio (approx. 400sq/ft) has been completely remodeled and is fully furnished. The unit offers a Queen size bed, Queen size sofa bed, high definition cable TV, high speed wireless internet, fully functional kitchenette with gas stove, brand new sink, refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware and utensils. The unit is thoroughly cleaned after each guest's departure being reequipped with fresh bed linens, towels, soaps, and bathroom toilet tissue.
Guests will have complete Access to the entire Studio during their stay and will be given a key to the building for their use to enter the building. Guests will also receive a unique 4 - digit code to have access to the unit.
My wife and I are always available via the Airbnb App or email system for questions and only a phone call away for any emergencies
Located in Middle Miami Beach you will have access to many of the popular entertainment venues. With Citi-bike rentals available up and down Collins Avenue, you have quick access to South Beach. Boardwalk and Beach Access is less than 100 yards away, just cross Collins avenue and beach access is on the same street.
There are many options available: Free Trolley Service available throughout Miami Beach, Car, Uber, Lyft, Bus, Taxi, Bike rentals and the most popular is just good old walking.
