Towers 703 is a beautiful, updated penthouse 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with soaring mountain and lake views. Very easy access from I-70 and an easy drive to all recreation and 6 mountain resorts. Sleeps 4. Complex is very convenient with garage, elevator, outdoor hot tub, community grill and large picnic table. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has large granite counters and stainless appliances for easy meal preparation. Kitchen bar seats 4. Living room has beautiful views, large flatscreen and gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6. Private south-facing deck with seating for 4 that looks out over Lake Dillon to the mountains. Full size washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Unit is in the North Tower on the 7th Floor. Beautiful Lobby provides extra space. Complex is located on a cove of Lake Dillon with the Summit County Rec Path just out the door and flat trails to the Lake.

An easy location to reach from I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone or Loveland, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. An easy drive to the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. Walk to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and many other shops. Less than a five minute drive to Frisco Main Street for more restaurants, gear rentals, independent shops, festivals, events and the historic park.
Walk to Lake Dillon. The Summit County Rec Path swings right by the complex and connects all towns and resorts in the area with over 55 miles of paved trails. In the summer, walk, bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental. The Frisco Peninsula, Rainbow Lake and Mason Town areas have hiking and biking trails.
