With its open layout, forest views, and versatile sleeping arrangements, this home is ideal for families and groups seeking both seclusion and convenience.

Proximity: This home is approximately 7.5 miles from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Situated on Tordal Way, it offers convenient access to a variety of nearby hikes. Popular trails within a short drive include Upper and Lower Blue Lakes, Spruce Creek, McCullough Gulch, the Blue River Trail, and the renowned Quandary Peak 14er.

Kitchen & Dining: Enter the main level and you'll find the fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring full-size appliances, ample prep space, and everything you need to prepare home-style meals. The adjacent dining area seats 4 at the dining table, with 3 additional seats at the bar.

Alpine Edge provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Great Option for Winter or Summer

Our adult children joined us for four nights at this terrific house for a ski trip to Breckenridge. The check-in process was very easy. The property managers were great to deal with and very responsive. This neighborhood is a short and manageable drive just south of Breckenridge-10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. The house was modern and comfortable. With the view from the back deck you have the feeling that you are all alone in the wilderness. It would be a great place to say in the summertime as well. We wholeheartedly recommend this house without any reservations.
