Located within walking distance to downtown Port Orchard, this craftsman home built in 1917 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office space, private parking, and a fenced in yard. Additionally, Perry's Annex, a cozy Queen Studio located in the lower level of the home, may be available if you need extra space. Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, queen bed, and private entry, this space can be rented separate or together with the main home. Contact the host for more details!
Perry's Landing is a short walk from the Annapolis Foot Ferry which connects passengers to the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. There you can directly access downtown Seattle via the Kitsap Fast Ferry and Washington State Ferry! Take a stroll down the waterfront walking path and you'll find yourself amongst downtown Port Orchard's bustling boutiques, antique stores, cafe's, restaurants, and parks!
The living spaces exude warmth, inviting you to unwind by the fireplace or gather with loved ones to enjoy some music from the record player while taking in the views.
Large windows frame sweeping views of the majestic Olympic Mountains and tranquil Sinclair Inlet, allowing natural light to illuminate the thoughtful decor. The well-appointed kitchen provides an efficient space with a wide array of cookware, granite countertops, and all appliances one would expect! Adjacent to the kitchen is the coffee and cocktail/wine bar, both with a selection of glassware and mugs to aid in the start of a great day and a relaxing evening later on.
The dedicated office space is perfect for the traveling professional! Continue enjoying the views out the window from the large desk complete with large monitor, keyboard, mouse, and desk lamp. The adjacent Den is the perfect place to spread out and relax, read a book, or enjoy some of your favorite programs on the smart TV. The sectional in the Den can convert to a full size bed offering bonus guest space if needed.
The bedrooms are tastefully appointed with comfortable furnishings and luxurious linens, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. Wake up to the sun casting a golden hue on the mountains and water, creating a serene backdrop for your morning. Each bedroom has it's own closet boasting tons of storage suitable for longer stays and extra bedding/pillows are available to ensure the best quality rest possible.
New large washing machine and dryer with provided detergent and laundry baskets are just off the main living area surrounded by plenty of counter space to sort and fold! The laundry facility is shared with guests staying in Perry's Annex.
The intimate porch is an ideal spot to revel in the sea breeze and the soothing sounds of nature. Picture yourself sipping a cup of tea as you watch the sun dip below the peaks, casting a warm glow on the water below. Use the provided binoculars to enjoy sites of the native wildlife, as well as the numerous ferries, powerboats, sailboats, and Navy craft at the Bremerton Naval Base. Seals, whales, bald eagles, hummingbirds etc. all can make a star appearance in the Sinclair Inlet area.
Explore the surrounding landscapes, embark on scenic hikes at nearby Manchester State Park, venture into Bremerton and Seattle, or simply savor the tranquility of the Pacific Northwest.

Originally from Spring Valley, NY, I am a recent transplant to the Seattle area from Minneapolis, MN as of 2022. What drew me to the area is the refreshing temperate climate, mountains, water, and greenery Washington has to offer!
Why they chose this property
The views from most everywhere along the street are breathtaking, and that certainly drew me in! This neighborhood is privileged with a great vantage point to take in the gorgeous mountain and water views.
What makes this property unique
Perry's Landing was built in 1917 and has been kept in great shape all these years. The spacious living area and plentiful bedrooms make this home a great gathering place for friends and/or families to relax and enjoy the scenery just outside the back door. Plus, with very close access to the Kitsap Transit ferry system and the central location on the West Sound, getting out to partake in adventures is easier than ever!
