Located directly on the water, this vacation home is in sought-after Hutchinson Island, a quaint neighborhood in Jensen Beach. This truly is a one-of-a-kind dream home. This home is a private family home and we are looking for a nice family or couple to enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as their own. The home has been recently completely renovated. The home offers community use of a private boat launch marina, and storage for your trailer at an additional fee, but this will be your responsibility. Communal Pickleball, Tennis Courts, Billiards/game Room, Fitness Center, and a Heated Pool. The home is located directly next to our neighborhood park with plenty of green areas to run around. Great for kids and sure to be a great hit for family fun time. Home offers our Golf Cart to drive around our beautiful gated community, or simply drive to all our local restaurants or shops (we will ask for a security deposit until after a full inspection of the gulf cart is completed). This community has a unique Gorgeous Private Beach. Go fishing right off the back house private undercover patio, it's a true fisherman's dream. We have some fishing rods located in the fun shed along with beach chairs, beach towels and toys. We spared no expenses decorating this Boho Beach Dream Home. Everything is NEW! From sheets, pillows, furniture, bar, coffee station, wine refrigerator, towels, and bathrooms. A new washer & dryer is also available in the home. Perfect for a relaxing good night's sleep after a fun day in the Florida sunshine. NOTE: No pets allowed. Absolutely no parties and 4 person maximum, or 2 adults & 4 kids.
