Quaint cottage with beautiful view and access to river in your back yard! Covered 2 story deck allows for any type of weather. 2 firepits outside & under deck. Outdoor TV area under patio, Adirondack chairs to sit on the lawn, or comfy chairs on the patio! Grill /bar area, outdoor games, Smart T.V w/ streaming channels, disposable plates, napkins & silverware, spices, grilling necessities, and condiments in fridge! There is free coffee/ tea/ cocoa bar, waffle bar & breakfast bars. Lots of amenities for free to make your stay as stress free as possible.
Walking distance (1 min) to boat launch / kayak rental! Very quiet neighborhood. and privacy fence and plants!

What makes this property unique

we are on the river and have our own river access!!!! We do a lot of free amenities, have a covered porch with outside TV, two fire pits and tons of games and to do! TV and Propane. Firepit are seasonal
