House was just as described and more! So comfortable and perfectly decorated for fall! We had a great couple weekend away. The host had a book of recommendations that was very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay gain.

Our second time staying here, and everything was just like staying in your own home. Clean easy instructions. She is an excellent host. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would give her a 1000 out of 10.

Nice, tidy home close to Franklin. Family friendly with a nice outdoor space. Enjoyed the waffle bar each morning. Neighborhood was quiet. Julie was prompt to respond and very helpful!

This adorable house has a lot to offer! Thoughtful amenities and a gorgeous outdoor space. I only wish we had more time here to take advantage of everything that was offered!

Good location; close to town. Loved the quiet neighborhood and felt safe walking. Everything we needed. The owner was pleasant and checked with us to see if we needed anything else. Really enjoyed our stay. Will do it again!

Parker House, Franklin PA

Julie has a beautiful house, she was so welcoming and just over the top cordial and responsive. Will stay here again, and suggest her house to others.I highly recommend!

The house was super cute and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative which was great. The candy basket was so sweet and we definitely enjoyed it. Even little things that you wouldn’t always think of were there- like ziplock bags and ice trays. It was a great weekend getaway.

Great Place to stay for a Franklin Weekend Getaway

We visited Franklin to hang out with some good friends there and we stayed here for the weekend. The description of their place is very accurate. The cottage was charming, cozy and clean, and close to some cool breweries and restaurants. We also went on an awesome hike at 2 Mile Run park. It was a perfect getaway that my wife and I were overdue for. The hosts thought of everything. The use of the space and the extra touches they provided made us feel right at home. Everything was clearly marked and easy to operate/locate! The check in and out process was easy and clear! The waffle bar for breakfast was a real treat! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

We enjoyed the backyard and all the seating. The kitchen was very well supplied for all your cooking needs. The living room furniture was comfortable. It was hot and it took us 2 days to figure how to use the window unit air conditioners to make the house comfortable. When it's over 80, keep the bedrooms closed during the day and run the dining room ac. 3 hours before you want to retire turn the bedroom units on high and keep the doors shut then you can turn them off so you can sleep without noise and the bedrooms stayed cool. Julie was great, friendly, took care of any issue we had and we look forward to renting her house and seeing her again!
