Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in Oil City. This remodeled property features a king bed and a full bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. With amenities like Wi-Fi, 55" Roku TV, Central Air, hair dryer, balcony, steamer and full-sized kitchen appliances, guests can enjoy a stress-free experience whether you are in town for a short visit or a long-term stay. The bathroom is equipped with a rain fall shower. Located within walking distance of town's amenities. Featuring terrific views of the river, to the hillsides and our town's water fountain throughout the year and changing seasons. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Perfect Family Stay, Far Better Than a Hotel!Our family of four (three adults and one 17-year-old) had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. It was the perfect size for us and offered so much more comfort, space, and utility than a standard, square hotel room.The layout was excellent, a spacious kitchen, a comfortable main living room, and large bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was cute and perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed for a seamless, comfortable trip and the property owner was easily accessible throughout our stay.We will definitely book this place again next time we are in Oil City. Highly recommended!
