Water’s Edge is a 7-bedroom, 6-full bathroom, 2-half bathroom, oceanfront home in a fantastic, strictly residential area of the beach that allows for lots of privacy!

This magnificent home was built to make the vacationer experience perfect! No expense has been spared to ensure that you and your family are relaxed and pampered!

There is a large 18’x30’ private oceanfront pool, which is surrounded by a huge deck with hot tub, and a pool house with a bar, a refrigerator, and its own half bathroom! The pool can be heated for $650/week + tax. Water’s Edge has a professionally landscaped yard with large grassy areas for children to play.

Ground Level:
On the ground level of the home you will find a game room with a pool table, a 36” TV, a full kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The elevator will take you to the main living level of the home with a doorway large enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

There are also French doors that take you out to the pool area.

You will also have access to a one-car garage on this level, along with a gas grill.

Bedroom #1 has two twin beds with access to the shared bath this level.

Bedroom #2 is an oceanfront space with a king bed and shared bath access.

Level One:
On this level, you will have a huge open living area with ample seating (including two new large leather sofas), a gas-log fireplace, a wet-bar, and an ice maker. The living room features a 65” ultra HD smart TV.

The dining area is equipped with a large 12 foot dining table that seats 14 and extra bar-seating for 3 can be found in the nearby kitchen.

The fully-equipped kitchen with custom cabinets boasts two dishwashers, a convection oven, a conventional oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Granite countertops throughout the kitchen space make this kitchen an absolute marvel! Plus, you have the added convenience of a wet bar.

French doors lead from the living area to the deck and pool area. All ocean-facing doors and windows recently replaced! Outside, there is a covered porch with multiple polywood tables and chairs! The front porch is adorably furnished with rocking chairs.

There is also a laundry room with a washer, a dryer, a laundering sink, a built-in ironing board, and an extra refrigerator. The hallway houses a powder room with a half bathroom.

Bedroom #3 is an oceanfront master suite with a king bed, ocean views, and French doors that open up to a covered porch. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a ceramic tile full walk-in body massage shower with multiple shower heads. The opening to this luxurious shower is large enough to get a wheelchair through.

Level Two:
On this level are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!

Bedroom #4 is an oceanfront, second master suite with a king bed, great views, and a private bath that has a jacuzzi tub. French doors lead you from this amazing accommodation to a covered porch with polywood tables and chairs.

Bedroom #5 is oceanfront with a king bed, a private bath, and French doors to a porch that overlooks the pool.

The Den/Game Room between these bedrooms has a Sony PlayStation 2, a Nintendo Wii, a 27” TV, and bean-bag chairs.

Bedroom #6 is street-side with a queen bed, a private bathroom, and some ocean and sound views.

Bedroom #7 has a twin bunk and a double/twin bunk, making it the perfect room for the kids!

Amenities Include: This home is fully-equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience, along with Cable TV and Roku. Ceiling fans are present in the bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also have a water-softener, two wet-bars, a pack-n-play, a high chair, and a children’s dining table with two chairs. The decks and the pool have lounge chairs and rocking chairs. You will enjoy the modern convenience of two hot/cold outside showers to rinse off after a day of sand and salty air. The ocean and sound views that come along with your rental of Water’s Edge are breathtaking and magical!

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
