I rent at least 4 properties a year, and have never left a review before. This house is STUNNING. The inside is completely renovated, very clean with amazing views of the ocean. It is the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in. From cooking wear, to extra blanket, pool toys, beach stuff, they thought of it all. You will NOT be disappointed renting this gorgeous property. My family and I cant wait to return!

Wonderful property! We had our leadership retreat at this property. There was ample space for everyone to feel they had their own room. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, soap, dishes, utensils, etc.. beach chairs in the garage. It was amazing! I will absolutely be back again.

Beautiful and very comfortable home directly on the beach. We celebrated our moms 90th birthday and the accommodations were great for her. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything one needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property in amazing location. Right on an uncrowded beach with so many places to soak in the view. Plenty of space for 3 generations to spread out and be comfortable. Would definitely return if we're in the area again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this whole property. The direct access to the beach & the pool were the highlights, but the many bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms were also very appreciated. This property is exceptionally well equipped with family tables, plates, silverware, & cooking options. There is a whole cabinet for coffee & tea. We were a family group of 12 with a 2 year old & highly recommend this rental

This was the most beautiful home. The host went over and beyond with everything you needed for a great vacation. The grand children loved the homemade cookies upon arrival. It’s in a central location to restaurants and Flagger Ave. our family had plenty of room to spread out! Will definitely rent again.

Great house!

This house was great for our family of 13 (7 adults, 6 kids). It had plenty of living space - seating and dining. Pool was a great alternative after beach time. Great access to the beach. Saw beautiful sunrises from the back deck. We hope to come back to this house again next year!

Family Beach Holiday

We recently rented this oceanfront pool home for our (4) children, their spouses and our (5) grandchildren (ages 5 yrs to 9 mos). This property is simply spectacular! Its 6 beds/baths provided private spaces for everyone. The furnishings are beautiful & the kitchen had everything we needed. The location on New Smyrna Beach is fabulous & walking distance to bars & restaurants. The pool was also perfect for the kids. I highly recommend this property!
