Nice condo close to restaurants and beach

Newly renovated and comfortable, this sparkling clean condo was close to everything. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast everyday outside in the courtyard. Also there is a small pool to cool off in after touring or a day at the beach. We especially liked how welcoming the neighbors were. Thanks for a great stay

Solid option for visiting the Manuel Antonio area.Clean and spacious, with 2 double-bed/bedrooms, seating area and full kitchen. Parking included. Helena was a wonderful, responsive host. Note: Not an especially "walking" friendly location, but lots within a short drive.Pro Tips: La Luna is a gorgeous restaurant with an incredible sunset view just next door! Located in the Gaia hotel, but open to the public. Biesanz Beach is just a few minutes drive (and then a short walk) - quieter alternative to Espadilla.

Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Titi Condo. The apartment was clean, well stocked and in a great location. You will need a car to get around. Karen, the concierge, helped us book excursions and answered any questions we had. She was amazing. The property mangers were responsive and helpful.

Hostess was always available and she was a wealth of information. Make sure you speak with Helena, the host, before you take off on your journeys. The condo was clean, spacious, and the location was good. Close to downtown and to Manuel Antonio. We initially rented a vehicle, but found the bus to be the most convenient mode of transportation. Super easy, super available (every 15-20 minutes) and super affordable. If you miss the bus, just take a taxi. 4-5 US to go to downtown or Manuel Antonio. Great place for the money!
