Stay in Downtown Cape Coral for a great low rate. Enjoy your stay at this cozy waterfront condo located on the Tudor Canal in the South Cape along Cape Coral Parkway near the Yacht Club. Wake up and enjoy your coffee out on the lanai overlooking the canal. Have a nice lunch out by the heated pool that overlooks the canal as well. Bring your own boat and dock it in our private dock. Direct Gulf access with no bridges so you can bring your own sailboat if you have one. Take your boat out for a wonderful sunset cruise, dolphin cruise or fish the waters for some of the greatest fishing in all of Florida. Just a short 10 minute walk to many of the restaurants, bars/nightlife with live music, shopping and farmers market in Downtown Cape Coral. Great location!

Nancy was great! The pool is solar heated and always warm. We felt very welcome from the beginning of our 7 week stay. The condo had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend it. We hope to visit again.

Cape Coral Condo

Nice stay. Good location. Even though it is on Cape Coral Parkway ( very busy highway). Street noise is minimal from inside. Kitchen well stocked. 3 TVs With Roku and Amazon Fire for streaming. Weather was great entire 6 weeks. Jan,Feb. Our only complaint would be a better bed. We are used to Foam (temper pedic). And hard to sleep on Spring mattresses, but that’s just us. Just a side note: this is on 2nd floor with no elevators. So u must be prepared to carry suitcases, coolers, groceries etc. up flight of stairs. Overall excellent stay and we would stay again.
