This is the Penthouse unit located in the center of Cape Coral, FL. Location, Location, Location... Walking distance to a number fantastic Restaurants, Grocery stores, Banks, Dunking Donuts, etc... 5 Minutes away from the famous "Cape Harbor Marina" where you can charter a boat, rent a boat, have lunch and dinner right on the water. 10 minutes away from Cape Coral's Yacht Club Beach and enjoy all of the nightlife entertainment that Down Town Cape Coral has to offer.

This is very modern European / South Beach style design. The Penthouse Condo is about 1,600 sqft. It really feels like a house and not a Condo. Everything you can think of the Condo has. Keurigg Coffe Machine, Washer/ Dryer, Dishwaher, Microwave, Wine opener, There are Beach Chairs, Beach Cooler, Beach Towels, bottle water in the fridge, Iron, Iron Table, Blow Dryer, Flat Iron. - For Tech stuff: There is an ALEX in the Living Room to play any kind of music you would like. Simply say: "Alexa play classical music" There is a sound bar that you can Pair your cellphone Via Bluetooth. Every room has a SMART TV connected to the Internet. Every TV has NETFLIX with our account logged in... Simply pick a movie and enjoy!
