Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much. This property was all that was advertised and more. Everything we needed was provided. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the beach was perfect. The property manager was on top of everything! Any message we sent was answered in minutes. The house was hit by lighting on Sunday morning causing random power issues in parts of the house and one of the ACs went out. They had it all fixed within hours, including having to replace almost the entire AC. We couldn’t have asked for more.

House was nice and we had plenty of room for 4 cars. House has lots of steps so be aware! 1 bedroom on 1 st floor , 2 on 2 nd and 2 on 3 rd. There needs to be repair work done on deck asap (Check photos). There was a hole by the pool with a board partially across it. The sink was coming away from the granite so be careful to not load the sink just rinse and place in dishwasher. Blinds were broke and wouldNot close. Tv’s boxes are difficult to work and no instructions provided so if you find a station keep it!! The water pressure on higher levels gave us some problems Beach view was beautiful and neighborhood vacationers were great no problem at all. The grill was a Charcoal park model and it was terrible…bring your own for sure!! My rep from the rental company was wonderful and went above and beyond to address all problems. Supplied kitchen items are very limited and definitely needed some additions All in all it was a nice rental with a small pool and a great location!

We’ve notified maintenance to inspect and repair the deck and the hole by the pool immediately to ensure guest safety. The sink that’s pulling from the granite will be secured, and the broken blinds will be replaced. We will provide clear instructions for the TVs/remotes, investigate the water pressure on the upper levels, and address any plumbing issues found. Housekeeping and the owner have been asked to restock and expand kitchen supplies, and we’re arranging for a better grill option going forward. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
