This was the best stocked house I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable, the host was lovely to deal with! I will definitely be staying there again!

Great family property for our extended family who had very young kids up to 5 years old; would be great for families to "grow up in" for vacations too. The ability to book the houses next door also seems like a great chance to get together with family. Especially for those coming from within Texas or west Louisiana, its a great spot to get away without a longer drive!Thanks so much!

This was a family weekend and my son was proposing to his fiance. We had a wonderful time plenty of things for the grandkids to do. We were able to bring our dogs so it was a wonderful place to make amazing memories. The house was perfect exactly as it was shown on line. The host was excellent at communicating with us. We all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking again!

Only suggestion I can give is spray more often for mosquitoes, they were extremely bad on lower level. Everything else was amazing!

Beautiful home with a nice beach view. We could not believe how clean it was, even the bed spreads! The host responded to questions quickly. He even answered a question about the public beach. My family enjoyed it so much we will be going back!

A beautiful house with a well thought out floor plan. Very functional for all ages. Spaces for grand kids, teens, and adults. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Convenient to everything yet just far enough away to be quiet and private. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our visit and the view was fabulous. The pool was a hit along with the games. If you are able, purchase the beach package which saves bringing your own chairs and tents; Plenty of room and beds were comfortable; Easy access to beach. Speedy communication with hosts and technicians were quick to respond to our needs. A few suggestions that we have for a place that hosts a large group are 1. Larger bowls and skillets; 2. More white towels and rags per person; 3. Large pitchers and trays. With all that, we recommend this lovely place for a family getaway.

Great house for large gatherings. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos and descriptions. We had 4 families stay with 17 kids and everyone had a blast. Great proximity to the beach and great heated pool. We will look to be back!

This house was perfect for our family. The description of it in VRBO is accurate. The house was clean when we arrived. Plenty of space for our family. The young kids enjoyed the game room on the 3rd floor. Everyone had their own space. A plus is that the AC worked great throughout the house! I love the 2 living room space downstairs and the dining table is huge. We had a couple of board games going on at the same time at that table. The pool is a big plus and big enough for us to enjoy. Communication with our host Tyler was excellent. He answered my questions promptly. Everything worked in the house. There was 2 of everything ie coffee pots, blenders, stoves which makes it so convenient when you have a big crew to cater to. Outdoor area was great except for the mosquitoes but we brought yard guard which helped. I recommend this house if you have a large group. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a great home for a large group of people, lots of beds, seating space indoors and outside. We had a multigenerational family vacation and met all of our needs. Right on the beach. The property owner and his crew were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive. Thank you for the great rental property!

This was everything and more we hoped for! It was very clean and spacious. We were a multigenerational group, and there was a spot for everyone. I highly recommend it! The beach was very accessible one of our best beach trips ever we will definitely rebook.
