The main level features a large living room and den, complete with a pool table, creating the perfect space for socializing and unwinding. Three bedrooms on this level provide comfortable accommodations for guests. 1st bedroom features a Queen Bed. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen Bed and the third bedroom features 2 twin over twin bunks with 2 twin trundles under each. This floor is also where guest will find 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry room. There is access to the lower level patio from this floor where you can take advantage of the private hot tub, build your own outdoor fire pit (wood not included), and seating.

As you ascend to the top floor, you'll be greeted by a massive open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. This area is not only perfect for preparing and enjoying meals but also offers access to a porch with stunning views, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Fantastic Huge Home
A home designed for a large group. 2 dishwashers, tons of kitchen supplies, pool table, giant table for dinner, tons of space to spread out. Great location on other side of tunnel and easy access to ski resorts. No elevator is awesome. Nobody else around is great. You have the hot tub to yourself. Best house I've rented up in Dillon

Comfortable and Spacious with Gorgeous Views
This house is great for groups with plenty of bathrooms and big spaces for gathering, cooking, and eating together. There is plenty of seating at the table and counters and two huge sectionals. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck, living room, and hot tub! Groceries, pharmacy, and ski rentals are nearby. The house is also conveniently located to trails, good restaurants, and the resorts. We were less than a 20 minute drive from the lifts (with free parking). Some in our group used an airport shuttle from the Frisco Transfer Station which was simple. Highly recommended as a home base for your time in Summit County. A very comfortable place to relax and enjoy.

This place is AMAZING!
What an incredible space with awesome views! We were able to relax in the mountains, soak in the hot tub, play billiards, and cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. The layout of this home was perfect to host multiple families and spread out and not feel like we’re invading each other’s space. I’ve stayed all over Summit County and would DEFINITELY recommend this home!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
We were thrilled with our experience in this beautiful home! We had a combo of two families with kids and three single adults and everyone was accommodated. The bedrooms are split well between floors if your group has some early risers and some who sleep in. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout makes it easy to prepare meals /drinks and all take advantage of open hangout space. Skiing/hiking and groceries were nearby. It snowed while we were there and the driveway/entrances and decks were shoveled promptly. All in all a perfect getaway for our group!
