Owner canceled hour before check-in

The property manager canceled an hour before check-in forcing me to rent 8 separate hotel rooms for my family since I couldn’t get approval that quickly on another property. Extremely stressful and cost me twice as much.

Security never let us check in!!!

Security was waiting when we arrived at check in and chased us off. They were armed and stayed behind locked gates screaming that it was not a VRBO property. I'm still trying to get everything reconciled. Never book from VRBO or this property.
