DONT STAY HERE
The management company hassled and harassed my wife several times with phone calls to “purchase” early check in. They attempted to charge $400 to check in an hour early, fees to heat the pool each day, $400 per hour extra for late check out, along with other hidden fees. After not purchasing any additional amenities, the management company appeared to completely ignore my wife and I. They did not assist with check in as promised, and did not answer any phone calls. After calling a multitude of times not only for check in, but to report a large quantity of things not properly functioning at the house and or simply broken, the management company answered where two men told me the office is now closed and to call back another day (totally unacceptable). I reached out the following day and NO issues were rectified. After leaving, the landlord came up with some bogus additional charge, stating we broke the kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal. I knew this to not be true given we were visiting the area and ate out all days. I also purchased damage insurance for the property prior to check in which covers up to $1500 in incidentals. Of course we caused no damage, and they tried to charge $400 for the sink. I explained not only did we not break the sink, but we also had the insurance for any issues in the event we did break something. Both the management company and landlord at that time stopped answering us, while also continuing to request the $400 repeatedly. DONT STAY HERE!!!!
