Nice place within walking distance of Mayo. It took about 15 minutes to get there.

Perfect dance weekend!!

We came for the weekend for a dance competition. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs! It was so close to the civic center which was an added bonus. We were able to check in a few hours early which was also amazing. We’ll definitely be back next year!!

Perfect home away from home

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rochester for my daughter's dance competition. It was nearby where we needed to go, and also near restaurants and convenience stores that we needed. The house was just at described, and fit our needs perfectly! If it is available for next year's Rochester dance competition I think I'll try to book it again!

A perfect stay!

Beautiful 1918 house, fully updated with modern kitchen. The hosts were very responsive to questions, and the check-in was very easy. The bedroom and living areas were very comfortable. It is close to anything you might need as far as grocery, pharmacy, dining - and of course Mayo Clinic. Great amenities like WiFi, streaming device on TV, comfy couch, etc. Will book again next time we are in Rochester!

Wonderful!

It really is nice to have the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Not having to deal with any keys because of the keyless entry is helpful. And the thoughtfulness to date items left by others was cool.

Family reunion

What a great time we had with family. It is an old house but they have updated it quite nicely. Trisha was so nice and helpful with everything. It snowed while we were there and they had everything we needed to clean the steps and driveway. The beds are super comfortable. The stairs are steep but that’s just an old house. It was stocked very well. I would definitely recommend staying here and next time we are in Rochester we will stay.
