Perfect house and location

House was spacious, modern and overall perfect for our group. The rooftop patio was an awesome amenity. Walkable to all the great PC restaurants and bars, we’d love to come back!

The location was great. But it did not give you the perception of how close all of the neighbors were around you. Also, all of the rentals in the area have a sewer system engineering problem that all of it has to be pumped up over the rise, which causes plumbing issues related to toilet, stopping up or overflowing starting at ground level and then going up. We were not offered any kind of reduction or compensation for going without toilets and water restricted for over 24 hours.

Beautiful home and great location!

This home was the perfect floor plan for our family of 5 (all adults). We all had our own bedroom with ensuite baths. A spacious living/ kitchen/ dining area on the main level with luxury appliances which was a huge plus for us as we love to cook and enjoy doing so as a family. The upper deck with a dining area, hot tub and tv was perfect. We were there for 10 days and had a great experience overall. The home was clean and comfortable, communication with the property manager was excellent, very responsive and helpful, we'll definitely be back!
