2000 Sq. ft. home close to large park with lots of playgrounds on quiet neighborhood street. Large Bedrooms and Closets ( great for loner stays ), spacious living room seats 8. Keyless entry, 4 car Driveway, including garage and one covered carport.

Remodeled Dec. 2023. new carpet, new vinyl flooring, new appliances, new Queen Mattress' and bedding... ). 4th bedroom meant to be game room or bedroom (futon).

The beauty of South Salt Lake especially the east side of it is access to amenities and freeway, Near many restaurants and Bars ( whaaat in UT?? ) Freeway entrances 1.5 miles away. 15 minutes from Airport. 2 golf courses 1 mile away, travel to grocery and restaurants on traffic surface streets.

Perfect for our needs
The rental process couldn’t have been any easier. The owner was very communicative and flexible for our group. We were all happy with the home and would stay again.

An honest review
Let's start with the pros: The rental property was very clean. The electronics worked great! The kitchen appliances are very nice. The host is very responsive. Convenient location to downtown SLC. The cons: The remodeling process looks good so far, but there's more work to be done before it looks complete (paint peeling off the siding, upstairs bathtub, kitchen countertops). The neighbor's dogs bark constantly. The two queen beds upstairs are like sleeping on concrete. The furnace makes a noise every time it comes on which makes it difficult to sleep on the futon downstairs. My family could ignore most of the cons on the list, however, we couldn't get any sleep between the noisy furnance and those concrete beds, and that kind of ruined it for us. We stayed two nights.

Perfect ski crash pad in great location
Great price for lots of room to crash while you ski. Mountains are very accessible and tons of delicious food options nearby. Friendly and responsive host.

Spacious and good location
We had a last minute change and needed a larger property in a convenient location for skiing, hiking as well as downtown, shops/restaurants. This property was perfect and the host Daniel was always quick to respond to all our questions. He made sure the house was in a great condition for us even though our booking was at short notice! The lounge is super comfortable with relaxed sofas and chairs, bedrooms are spacious with loads of closet space (great for a long stay which ours was), well equipped kitchen for home cooking (huge microwave!). Two bedrooms downstairs provide great separation for either two families/mixed groups or youngsters who want a games area. Plenty of parking with carport and garage. Daniel is himself a skier and hiker and local lad and has a wealth of information about the area and can advise all the best places to go. Highly recommended we had a great time. We hope to stay again for our next stay in Salt Lake and will take guidance from Daniel on the best places to visit!

Why they chose this property

South Salt Lake has excellent freeway access and centrally located to many restaurants and bars. Commuting through valley via surface streets or biking gives excellent access.

Mansfield avenue is a quite street. The busy commuting street is 2 blocks east, it is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Across the street is a very large park that has three different playground for kids of all ages - including a zip line.

Skateboard park 1 mile away.

There are two golf courses about a mile away.
