This charming older home may not be brand new, but it's been lovingly maintained and updated with fresh paint throughout. With two bedrooms, a den that has a trundle bed, and two bathrooms, it's the perfect size for a small family or group of friends. And with bikes provided, you can easily explore the local area and make your way to one of the many nearby beach access points.There is a full sized washer and dryer to get all the sand and sunscreen off your items and do it all again the next day.

When you're not soaking up the sun on the sand, you can enjoy the comfort of our full kitchen, where you can cook up your favorite meals and enjoy them in our outdoor seating area on the back patio. The fenced back yard is perfect for kids to play or for privacy while you lay in the sun and read a book, and there's even a cozy living room with WiFi and a TV to enjoy streaming services, as well as basic cable.

Great Home Great Location

My wife and I have become regular visitors to S. FL. over past few years and this home was our nicest place so far. Home was spotless and had everything you'd need, and then some. It was great neighborhood, easy access to multiple beaches, and close proximity to Walmart, Publix, and hundreds of other shops. It would be our first choice for a place to stay should we return to this area. Plus...the hostess was excellent!!
