Nice neighborhood, very friendly neighbors. Everything looked like the pictures. The pool was very nice, except we had cold weather and could not use it much. We had one question and the host responded quickly. Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the property. Location took us everywhere we wanted to go easily from Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary to Rockery Bay. We have never been to Clam Pass Beach before. One left on Pine Ridge Road when leaving the neighborhood takes you right into the beach.Speaking of the beach there were beach chairs and umbrellas available in the garage. Unexpected privacy, while looking out over the pool the view is a small river with a back drop of trees. The trees provided for privacy and roosting for herons,

House was perfect for our family of 5…the neighborhood was welcoming, pretty, and quiet. The host, Gennis was extremely responsive and attentive; example: The tension rod in the bathroom was broken - he had one shipped next day…the pool was super clean and the lanai got great sun in the afternoon. The kids were able to fish right out back and caught some good ones!! Washer and Dryer came in clutch for uniform washing…overall our stay was great! We would stay at the house again in a heartbeat.
