Clean property, good location

Overall good impression with the property. Price was very good for the location so was not expecting the most luxurious place, but served our purpose as a comfortable clean space to stay. The right size for a couple and perfectly located on the border of Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head.

Beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay during our beach week at Bourny’s Place. It’s an adorable, cozy condo that is conveniently located to everything! (Beach, shops & restaurants!). We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We’d definitely like to come back! We visited a few of the historical sites, including the nearby lighthouses & the Wright Brothers Memorial Park. The condo is clean & decorated very appropriately. We’d recommend some directions for using the tv/cable as we’re a little technically challenged, but we eventually figured it out. Also, there was no info on how to use the hot tub. The door to get into the spa was locked with a padlock (in which our keys didn’t work!), but the pool was very nice. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a good location in Kill Devil Hills. There is no place to put pantry food (cabinets). All cabinets are used for dishes. The condo is very clean, but the furniture/decor is outdated. This is not an issue but rather an observation. It is as seen in photos. The walk to the beach is easy. Still not sure where the kiddie pool is on the premise, but the 2 community pools are very nice.

The walk to the beach was about 4 minutes with public access, and the pools were about 40 seconds. We (Me!) somehow messed up, and didn't realize we had to supply our own sheets and towels, but Walmart took care of that. The only complaint is that the listing said there was a phone. Well, there was, but no dial tone. Over-all, we visited everything we could and had a lovely vacation! I would recommend this condo for a couple, but it is too small for 4 people.
